I've come back from honeymoon, got back into work, made numerous trips to the tip... and then someone robbed an hour off me...

I am knackered.

And it's my Dad's birthday, so this'll be a quick one.

I know I always say that, but I'll try this time I promise!

So, to the results from last week!

Israel 0 Vs 0 England
Republic of Ireland 1 Vs 0 Wales
Yeovil 1 Vs 0 Chesterfield
Swansea 2 Vs 1 Northampton
Stockport 2 Vs 7 Rochdale
Chester 2 Vs 0 Barnet
Exeter 1 Vs 1 York City
Woking 1 Vs 1 Southport

We all know about England... and while the patriotism shown in no one guessing the barren scoreline made me kind of proud... I do have to wonder about your mental health! I was also slightly unhappy to see no 7-0 guesses put in by the Scots...

Speaking of scoring seven, it'll be no surprise that none of you picked Rochdale's spanking of Stockport. (If there had been serious questions will have been asked!)

Here's the list of top scorers:

1 - steveb (Div15) - 1200pts
1 - stevecalton (Div5) - 1200pts
----------------------------------------------
2 - dazstag (Prem) - 1100pts
2 - skipper (Div31) - 1100pts
2 - slain (Div6) - 1100pts
2 - Chocolate Starfish (Div37) - 1100pts
2 - hammer (Div61) - 1100pts

The average score is kind of to be expected considering some of the results, so our collective hats are tipped fopishly in the direction of steveb and stevecalton.

Bravo Steves!

Before I go there are a few public information announcements I have been requested to make.

First, we have actually just embarked on the final mini-season of the season! There just aren't enough games left now to fill out two mini-seasons! Scary, it only seems like a couple of months since we beckoned you into this season! Ah well it's your last chance to make your mark!

Secondly if anyone experienced trouble logging into the site last week and feels jipped at not being able to predict, then get in touch with Richy at richy@richant.co.uk and he'll have a kind word.

Right, games for next week include: Arsenal at Liverpool (I am so not looking forward to that...) as well as QPR, Forest, Blackpool and Lincoln!

See you next week,

Anthony- aka chiquita
(Don't worry I'll be in control soon... then you'll know how bad things can get!)
