It’s too cold to think of a witty and interesting intro this week... so here are the results from last weeks games.

Stockport winning 3-0 away from home was a big shock to everyone (especially Stockport fans) but apart from that things look fairly normal.

Hmmm not too great as it happens... but then we were a fixture down again, so maybe it’s not too bad. Well done to queensparktoronto who secured their points with perfects from Chesterfield, Grimsby and Wolves, while picking two results from Peterborough and Villa.
I’ve only just realised that last week was the end of the mini-season, and that we now have a new UKfpl champion. It’s a shame I missed it, because it looked like a bit of a classic.
Finishing on 2600pts where at.madrid and GRAHAMPARKER, both winners already this season. However it was at.madrid who sneaks the title at the death by virtue of a better average score.
That’s madrid’s second title in three seasons – a man very much in form!
The FPL Cup has now rumbled on to the last 32 (despite me saying Sweden were playing last week... I was blinded by comedy...). The match chosen for these remaining brave contestants is Forest's cup visit to Leaky Chelsea – good luck to all involved!
Regular UKfpl matches for next week are another batch of lower league and conference teams due to the FA Cup fourth round. So we have the likes of Mansfield, Southport, St. Albans, and Halifax for you to test your wits against.
