Unfortunately you are stuck with me this week as Chiquita is up north of the border in Scotland.

After Chiquita’s starting comment last week about how good Peter Crouch is, I feel as though I should make some cheap joke asking how many he scored against Everton, but I’m not that mean!

Results from our chosen games last week, if you didn’t know all ready were:

Everton 3 – 0 Liverpool
Manchester United 1 – 0 Tottenham
Coventry 3 – 0 Norwich
Ipswich 2 – 1 Southampton
Carlisle 1 – 1 Northampton
Cheltenham 2 – 1 Huddersfield
Shrewsbury 0 – 1 Lincoln City
Wrexham 2 – 1 Swindon

Highest scores were as follows:

1. Ch-Ching (League 13) – 1200 pts
2. sundancekid (League 47) – 1100
2. SeanDay (League 49) – 1100
2. Gooner_Girl (League 56) – 1100
2. ShazzaRooney (Division 1) – 1100
2. vladikavkaz (League 14) – 1100
2. lucys (League 14) – 1100
2. noza (League 25) – 1100
2. tweaky (Division 7) – 1100

So as you can see we have quite a varied mix from the different leagues. With Ch-Ching showing that League 13 isn’t always unlucky, a few newbies stating their case that the higher leagues aren’t the place to be, and quite a fight in League 14. So well done to you all.

Brand spanking new games are available now on the site for you hosted by Bolton, West Ham, Derby, Colchester, Gillingham, Rotherham, Rochdale and Hereford.

566 of you have joined up to our Predict The Premiership game, but I understand there may have been some confusion regarding how this works. It is a season long game, where you predict how you think the Premiership will finish this season, and not after each weeks matches. Hopefully that clears some questions up.

Finally, some of you may already know that we also have a Fantasy Football league on the Premier League site (details on the forums if you haven’t joined up yet), but lower leagues fans, and Premiership fans who know their stuff, may be happy to know there is now a Fantasy Football League where you pick players from the Championship, League One, League Two and Conference teams. Quite a challenge let me tell you! Just check out the message titled Wow on the General Discussion forum. Hope to see you there.

Hopefully next week normal service will be resumed and Chiquita will be back you’ll be glad to know.

Richy – aka richy
